Coaching costs vary for different coaches depending on their particular area of expertise.  It is important to realize that you are doing more than paying  to improve yourself; you are making in investment in your future.

Counseling is a more in-depth journey than coaching.  It would require you to investigate more of your background, childhood, relationships, etc.  Coaching gives you tools to improve your life; counseling tries to discover why you are the way you are.

You will meet with your coach, via telephone or in person, for anywhere from two to four hourly sessions every month.  Typically, you will work with your coach for a minimum of three months.
