Coaching costs vary for different coaches depending on their particular area of expertise. It is important to realize that you are doing more than paying to improve yourself; you are making in investment in your future. |

Counseling is a more in-depth journey than coaching. It would require you to investigate more of your background, childhood, relationships, etc. Coaching gives you tools to improve your life; counseling tries to discover why you are the way you are. |

You will meet with your coach, via telephone or in person, for anywhere from two to four hourly sessions every month. Typically, you will work with your coach for a minimum of three months. |
